which we can forge a strategic alliance include: |
| Option 1: Outsource
your projects with consolidated requirements, project estimates and
schedules. |
| You provide us with consolidated project
requirements and project estimates, and outsource development to VCS.
Transactions pertaining to development costs will be between us. You
will do final billing with the client. |

manager on-site who coordinates with a dedicated team offshore. |

We can share a team on a retainer basis.
This means that when your projects come in, the team will prioritize
working on it. There will be a retainer fee for this arrangement.
This will be the minimum amount you will have to pay per person per
month. Another possibility is deploying the team on-site whenever
the project requires it.
